Want to know how to build your business and sponsor more people? This is exactly what I have learned in my 6 years…….these tips are GOLD, I am deadly serious (gggrrrr, see how tough I sound there? I am being tough).

The biggest lesson I learned in my 6 years of working at home and trying to build a business is……….it is NOT ALL ABOUT ONLINE MARKETING. You have to learn the skills to connect with people online and offline. Donald Trump did not get rich just by sitting at the computer and placing ads, am I right?

The best way to succeed is to have a mixture of BOTH offline and online marketing, AND connecting to people.

You asked for help and I can only do so much. All I can do is show you where I have learned what I’ve learned. I have 3 things I learned by 3 VIP’s that I have kept in my life and here they are:

1. My real friend in real life………Dorothy Chambers made $68,000 and recruited 20 people in to an expensive home business in 1977!!! She did NOT have the internet as a crutch. How did she do it? Tom "Big Al" Schreiter Shows You How To Prospect and Recruit

3. Tom “Big Al” Schreiter!!!! This man is one of my all time favorite mentors! He has an awesome free newsletter that I litterally can’t wait every week to get.

Tom, with his quirky sense of humor and very friendly nature shows me:  Great ideas on where to prospect, how to talk to people, conversation starters, great headlines for ads, you name it, he spills his guts.

I LOVE HIM TO DEATH! He travels all over the world giving seminars, and when he comes to Canada, I AM GOING! He was just in Toronto, and I can’t believe I missed him. One thing I love is, Tom doesn’t not charge an arm and a leg to go to his events, same goes with any of his products on his site. I have quite a few of his products.

Another thing, at Toms website, he has a “public” section…..it’s a place for new people to go and get some of his awesome trainings for FREE.

When you go to Tom’s website……..DO NOT FORGET to sign up for his newsletter. Make sure you add him to your email address book, because believe me…you will not want any of his newsletter slipping into your spam folder….it would be like flushing money down the toilet, I am being DEADLY SERIOUS.

I am not saying that posting ads and banners all over the net is a bad thing…look, I do it too. But I am saying that there are other ways that the real WEALTHY home business people do. If you want to know how to gain success, copy what they are doing, learn from them and then put the things you learn in to action!!

This is a real nice mixture of training here.

1. Old school like Dorothy, which still works to this day.

2. Internet marketing mixed with “talking” to people, like Mike teaches, and works like a charm.

3. Online, offline, talking to people and everything else….like Tom teaches.

**What you have to do is set aside a half hour a day JUST for learning.

**Use the rest of your time BUILDING your business using the lessons these people teach.

All I can tell you is, I am telling you everything I can that I personally learnedand do to build my business. There is only so much I can do, the rest is up to you. My first years in business, I HAD NO ONE TO SHOW ME WHAT TO DO. My sponsors would never email me, the businesses had sucky training or non exhistant training.

I took it upon myself to be responsible for my own success. I learned to fish instead of waiting for people to feed me fish….life is too short.

I had to learn on my own……..everything…..it started with learning to build my own websites just so I would stand out from other people’s corporate websites. Then I wanted to learn to get noticed, I wanted to learn to talk to people offline and online, and now, I am learning more real business stuff like time management, leadership,  writing, etc. Anything I wanted to learn, I googled and did it. I damn sure wished I had someone like me showing me what to do back then…………that sounded funny, but it’s true.

The big thing is…………I NEVER GAVE UP!!!!
